Values for MINERAL accounts are expected from Tarrant Appraisal District in the November update. With the half payment option available through November 30, be sure to check your online account in the last week of November for taxes due. Taxpayers with mineral accounts will begin receiving their bills in the mail in December. Please contact the Tax Office during normal business hours if the tax amount is not available and you wish to make a half payment.
Important update for taxpayers eligible for a ceiling on their property taxes: The amount you owe with the ceiling calculation is not currently available. Please note: The tax amount due in your online account may change once the ceiling is applied. The 2025 ceiling amount for homeowners with the Over 65, Disability, or a Disabled Veteran Exemption on their property tax account is expected from Tarrant Appraisal District after their November update to the Tax Office. Property owners with ceilings will begin receiving their bills in December. If you’ve already paid your taxes once the ceiling amount is available, any recalculated refund will be refunded to you.
